The gifts you give as your “Treasure” to St. Patrick help fund all of our ministries, and they touch the lives of families and individuals, members and non-members alike. One of the initiatives in our Strategic Plan included “Financial Stability” as a top priority. For 60 years, St. Patrick Parish has been a good steward of our resources, and our parish leadership continues to be focused on the financial vitality of our community. By committing 6% of your income to support the parish, you help St. Patrick sustain this legacy, and ensure that St. Patrick School will continue to thrive. You also help feed our neighbors in need, pay for the upkeep of our beautiful campus, cover the utilities on the maintenance of the church, school, gym, parish office, and rectory, pay the salaries of our staff, and so much more.
Whether you are new to the parish and prayerfully considering your annual pledge, you have been faithfully contributing for years, or you are thinking about a gift to our general fund or one of our endowments, please be aware that our pastor, Fr. Robert Stewart, the Finance Committee, and parish staff endeavor to be good stewards of your gifts.

THE MONEY IS DUE WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR ORDER.
What is Scrip? Scrip is a term that means “substitute money.” When you purchase scrip, you are buying prepaid cards that are used just like cash. You can use scrip to purchase everyday expenses like food, clothing and other essentials. With every purchase you earn revenue for our organization.
How scrip generates revenue for you: The Great Lakes Scrip Center acts on behalf of churches, schools and other nonprofit organizations to purchase large amounts of scrip from grocery stores, department stores, and other retailers. Because the scrip is purchased with cash up front, the participating retailers offer a substantial discount. Our organization buys the scrip from Great Lakes Scrip Center at a discount, and re-sells the certificates to families like yours for full face value. The discount from two to fifteen percent or more is our organizations revenue.
Scrip is “shopping cart fundraising”Scrip is a popular fundraiser because families don’t have to sell anything. Organization members produce revenue by making regular household purchases they would make anyway. Groceries, clothing, toys, gifts, even gasoline can be purchased with scrip.
3 Ways to buy: after mass at the scrip table ….or from the school office during normal school hours…..or fill out a Scrip order form and turn it in to the parish office or school office.
Follow the link to www.shopwithscrip.com. Then enter our enrollment code, found in the bulletin and start fundraising while you shop!
